BOOK IT

Booking your workouts and favourite Group Fitness classes has never been easier! With the app, members can book up to 3 workouts at a time as early as 7 days in advance or as late as 5 minutes before coming in. Need to reschedule? No sweat! Cancel your workouts and classes directly in the app!

TRACK YOUR RESULTS

Use our interactive tool to track your reps, sets, weights, classes, and outdoor activities — we call these MOVES. Compare and challenge your gym buddies — may the person with the most MOVES win!

STAY CONNECTED

Connect the app with your favourite workout devices (Fitbit, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Swimtag, Strava and Withings).

How to:

You’re just a click away from your next workout:

  1. Open the GYMVMT app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select your preferred club
  4. Under “Your Workout” select “SEE ALL”
  5. Scroll left to change the day, and down to see the available spots/classes
  6. Select “BOOK” for your desired club access timeslot/class
  • As a member, you can schedule up to three 75-minute workouts at a time and crush one appointment per day! Book as early as 7 days in advance or as late as 5 minutes before coming in!
  • Need more time for gains? Our reception team will be happy to extend your workout, just check in with them 15 minutes before your scheduled workout ends.
  • Need a raincheck? Don’t leave us hanging — please make sure to cancel your class or workout in the GYMVMT app at least an hour in advance so a fellow gym mate can get their quality GYMVMT time. To cancel your workout or class, click on “My Movement” at the bottom of the screen, find the timeslot/class, and select “CANCEL.” You can reschedule whenever you’re ready.
  • Start your happily-ever-after by marrying the GYMVMT app to your favourite fitness devices and apps. Simply log in to the app, click “Connect apps and devices” then select your device or app of choice. That’s it!

FAQs

Here are a few steps you can follow to gain access:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the GYMVMT app. Update the app through the Apple Store or Google Play.
  2. The GYMVMT app is a member-exclusive portal and is integrated with our internal customer management software. The email you use to log into the app must match the email we have in our system. If you’re unsure which email that is or you are not able to book your workout, please email [email protected] so we can take a closer look.
  3. If you are a new member, our system automatically created an account in the GYMVMT app for you. Check your inbox for an enrolment email from MyWellness cloud (don’t forget to check your junk mail folder).

If you log in with credentials that differ from our records, you will be unable to access the app. 

  1. Make sure you’re logging in with the same email connected to your membership
  2. If you are unsure which email is on your account, please reach out to [email protected] so we can update your information and get you started.

When you book a workout, you’ll be able to see who else is working out with you. To make your profile private:

  1. Open the GYMVMT app
  2. Click on your profile (icon in the bottom right corner)
  3. Select “Edit profile”
  4. Then scroll down and click “Profile preferences”
  5. Toggle off “visibility settings”

You can change these settings at any time.

To adjust your notification settings:

  1. Open the GYMVMT app
  2. Click on your profile (icon in the bottom right corner)
  3. Choose “settings”
  4. Select “notifications”
  5. Toggle off the push notifications you would not like to receive

You can also adjust your email notification settings in this window.

  • To measure up to your fitness goals, accuracy is important. The app uses your information and body measurements to make specific recommendations and suggestions just for you.

Usually, this error message is caused when you log in with an email address that doesn’t match your membership account. Send us an email to [email protected] so we can take a closer look and make sure your account information is up to date.

  • You can book one appointment per day and pre-book up to three workouts at a time.
  • If you need more time for gains, don’t sweat it! Our reception team will be happy to extend your workout, just check in with them 15 minutes before your scheduled workout ends.
  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the app, please email [email protected] and a member services representative will be happy to troubleshoot with you.
