Group Circuit

Group Circuit consists of a series of exercise stations to be competed in the Cardio Resistance Training area with minimal rest. Participants will alternate between exercises and cardio, providing a well-balanced workout that’s fun and targets all the muscles groups for both beginner and advanced exercisers.
