Brenlea has been a trainer since 2012. Brenlea’s passion for sports and recreation started from a young age. Through decades of playing multiple sports, she has developed an extensive background in sports skills and conditioning. This passion led Brenlea to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and later a Master of Science specializing in population & public health. Brenlea’s interests are helping people achieve their goals, whether it be to lose weight or run a marathon. She uses humor as a motivational tool, and individualizes program plans to create fun and effective workouts. Brenlea’s areas of expertise are high interval intensity training (HIIT), Olympic lifting for beginners, and sport- or activity-specific training.
