My journey started working out in high school due to my mental health struggles. The gym became a safe space for me, a place where I could channel and let go of all negative emotions and thoughts that were consuming me. For several years I also worked with members of society who struggled with mental health, criminal and addiction challenges. Although this work was incredibly rewarding, I decided to bring my mental health expertise to a more positive environment, where I’m able to reach more individuals who like me need help with mental health.

I received my personal training certificate in October 2022, and so far, I have been helping my current clients achieve mental clarity using fitness as a stepping stone. If this sounds like something you could benefit from, I would love to sit down with you and help you on your self-love journey.
