
Fiona Kelly
Fiona has developed a passion for physical fitness through cross-training for her career in competitive Irish Dance for the past 11 years. She spent many years, being trained and creating training programs to elevate her performance; learning how to use exercise, yoga and nutrition to reach her fitness goals, and to prevent injuries. She is certified in Yoga, and Personal training through ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and has a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. Plyometrics, Strength Training, and Vinyasa Yoga are a few of her favorite forms of training. She loves sport and activity-specific training as well as functional training. Your goals as a client will become her goals as your trainer. Fiona is very results focused and loves it when people reach, and exceed their goals!
