In March, 2023, Hannah received her personal training certification through CanfitPro, Vancouver. She began her personal training journey in Kelowna, BC, as a parkour coach and part time trainer. After half a year of literally bouncing off the walls, she ventured to Calgary where she would find herself growing even more connected to fitness.
When she’s not at the gym, you can find Hannah hanging off of rock walls, summiting mountains, or practicing calisthenic exercises. She is energetic to inspire her clients to push themselves and creates a strong balance by remaining realistic to ensure that people who train with her are motivated in a positive, effective, and safe manner.
When describing Hannah’s training style it’s important to consider that she bases her training off of listening to the body’s needs and protecting it through proper form, rest / recovery, and exercises. Hannah loves to help clients find comfort in their fitness journey and help them develop their own bond with activity.
