With a solid foundation in the science of human movement, I am dedicated to helping clients unlock their full potential and achieve their fitness goals. While Pursuing my degree in Kinesiology, I had the privilege of working with varsity athletics, where I honed my sport-specific training and developed a keen eye for identifying strengths and weaknesses, tailoring training programs to address personal needs and helping individuals reach their performance goals.
Additionally I had a life-changing experience working as a fitness leader for individuals with disabilities. This opportunity taught me to create inclusive and adaptive fitness programming that caters to the unique abilities and challenges of each of my clients. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the progress of my clients and help to build their confidence inside the gym and out.
Outside of the gym I love to spend my time in nature hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. My passion for the outdoors has influenced my training approach, as I believe in the importance of incorporating functional movements and activities that mimic real life into my clients programming.
