Jen began her fitness journey through dancing to improve her own mental health. She found freedom and joy in learning the many ways she was able to move her body and what it was capable of when she just pushed herself with the right coach! She is passionate about helping people develop healthy relationships with their bodies and empowering them to achieve and maintain their goals, inside and outside. Every body moves differently, and she believes everyone can learn to move in ways that energize them and help them live life pain-free.
