My number 1 rule to exercising is to have fun, with my 2nd being to work as hard as you can. With me you will do both. Combining my 10 plus years personal training background and my years of experience in athletics and sports, I have combined those passions to make a career out of helping people learn how to move better, work harder, and live longer! Health and wellness are not a sprint to the finish line, it’s a long and hard journey that hopefully lasts for as long as it can.
