Kelsey has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2018. Growing up in a small town and playing many different sports, Kelsey’s love for health and fitness started at an early age. When she moved to Regina, Saskatchewan, where she studied Psychology at the University of Regina, she found that she was missing the competitiveness of sports that she played growing up. That is what led her to the gym and her love for powerlifting. Kelsey’s primary areas of expertise are powerlifting for beginners, strength training and functional training, but is very adaptable and able to build programs for client’s specific needs. Kelsey believes it is never too late to start working towards the healthiest version of you, and her mission is to help you do that.
