Kim’s fitness journey began growing up as a downhill ski racer and soccer player. Her journey started in the gym at age 13 with dryland training to complement her skiing. It was a perfect fit to pursue a degree in kinesiology after discovering her passion in fitness. She has worked with everyone from training hockey teams; to oil and gas executives, pre and post-natal clients and seniors.
Kim has 20+ years of experience working in the fitness industry from being a group exercise instructor, spin instructor, personal trainer and strength coach and loves to learn and stay current on fitness trends all while seeing women empower themselves, reach their goals and use exercise as an avenue to maintain their mental health.
