Madison McArdle
Hello! I am one of the most extroverted introverts that you will meet. I have always loved being active and I strongly believe that movement is one of the keys to achieving a healthy and balanced life. I spent 14 years as a competitive dancer which is where I learnt the importance of working with your body and not against it. I have always loved working with other people and got my start at 14 as an assistant dance teacher, which progressed into being an acro dance teacher, a fitness coach and an athletic therapist as a young adult. I currently work at HER GYMVMT as a personal trainer as well as an athletic therapist with youth female hockey players in Okotoks. My dream is to combine the world of fitness and rehabilitation when working with clients to create long-term solutions. I want to help everyone find a healthy relationship with movement and exercise, particularly when it comes to women and young girls. Movement is medicine and there can be joy and freedom with exercise.
