Meaghan began her career as a personal trainer in 2017. She has worked in different commercial gyms, operated her own mobile and on-line personal training business, and completed a 6-month deployment with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services where she served as a Fitness, Sports and Recreation Coordinator on base in Latvia. Meaghan believes in an all-encompassing approach to fitness and health. Through a combination of functional strength training, individualized mobility and corrective programming, and habit coaching, Meaghan provides her clients with the tools they need to accomplish the goals they set – fitness or otherwise.
