My name is Paige Eissner, I am a Certified Personal Trainer who has had a passion for fitness since I was ten years old.
In high school I played many sports like basketball, volleyball, badminton, track and field and so many more, which rewarded me with female athlete of my graduating year.
Playing multiple sports took a huge toll on my body, which resulted in many injuries and pain. I started to educate myself on joint pain, muscle imbalances, different ligament injuries and proper form, allowing me to live pain free today.
I became a trainer to help educate others on why their pain is happening, how we can fix it and most importantly, how we can prevent it from happening again.
I believe it’s important to be living a happy balanced lifestyle that won’t ever hold you back from your full potential.
