Wellness is the ability to adapt and self-manage amidst social, physical and emotional challenges. I spent years wading through the wealth of information and misinformation when it comes to health and fitness, and it can be overwhelming. I am passionate about helping woman find a way through all of that, in the simplest and most uncomplicated way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out no matter where they are in their life. My goal is for all my clients to become experts in self-efficacy. Personal training is only one part of overall fitness, but when your body is strong, the rest will come.
