Pro Level 1 Trainer

I have a business management diploma and worked in the Oil and Gas industry for about 11 years. I made the decision this year to pursue my passions and find a way to help people in a more fulfilling and in-depth way. Personal training is something I have always been interested in and this felt like the perfect time to make that change.

Fitness is a huge part of my life, not only for my physical health but for my mental and emotional health as well. I want show people the beautiful impacts that working out can have on their lives! I have a very empathetic approach to my style of training, I will be there for my clients and support them in the ways they are needing in each chapter of their life to walk on their fitness journey together! We will flow with the ups and downs of life together and find a steady path to their goals through fitness, connection, love, laughter and fun!

Favourite Exercise

My favorite exercises are ones that have a lot of mind involvement. I love exercises that strengthen the mind muscle connection, I find it very meditative and a great way to help with mental health which helps with all around health! I also love running and glute work!

I have a dog named Kyla. She is a Havanese and is 10 years old! She is my best friend and my little sister. I love her with everything I have, she means the absolute world to me! My little baby.
