Get the sculpted, lifted booty of your dreams. This camp is designed to burn a high number of calories in a short period of time. Build your glutes and legs with effective techniques that focus on lifting better and toning while engaging your core muscles, obliques, and lower back. Lift heavier with more volume and put the work in to shaping up your derriere! By using larger muscle groups in the lower body, shred and shape for lean definition through the abs, quadriceps and hamstrings. ‘Werk It’ for a pair of dancer legs in a peachy 6-week bootycamp available for a limited time only.

Jen began her fitness journey through dancing to improve her own mental health. She found freedom and joy in learning the many ways she was able to move her body and what it was capable of when she just pushed herself with the right coach! She is passionate about helping people develop healthy relationships with their bodies and empowering them to achieve and maintain their goals, inside and outside. Every body moves differently, and she believes everyone can learn to move in ways that energize them and help them live life pain-free.
