About This Club

HER GYMVMT Westbrook is a space where women can work out with other women and feel comfortable in space designed just for women. Led by our amazing all-girl staff, Westbrook is conveniently located next to Westbrook Mall, and off Bow Trail Southwest and 37 Street Southwest. This club is that convenient neighbourhood girl-gym you can work out at and then get your shopping done afterwards.
