The September Reset Challenge is designed to help you build momentum heading into the fall with measurable results, expert support, and a little extra motivation along the way.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll track your progress using EVOLT 360 body composition scans, compete for over $5,500 in prizes, and unlock exclusive savings on Personal Training to help maximize your results.

This isn’t about chasing someone else’s transformation.

It’s about seeing what changes when you give yourself eight weeks to show up, train, and keep going.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Eligibility: The September Reset Challenge is open to all GYMVMT and HER GYMVMT members in good standing.
  2. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
  3. The September Reset Challenge runs for a total of 8 weeks from your registration date. (See start and end dates below).
  4. To join, all members must pay a $49 registration fee, download the EVOLT Active app, and complete their personal account setup.
  5. Participants must complete a minimum of three (3) EVOLT scans during the challenge period to remain eligible for prizing.

  1. Participants must complete all EVOLT body scans at approximately the same time of day (within the same one-hour window) for each scan.
  2. Points will be awarded for:
    • Weight loss – 10 points/lb
    • Body fat loss – 5 points/lb
    • Body fat % change – 5 points /% point
  3. Results from all four tracks will be consolidated to determine the overall winners.
  4. Winners will be determined based on the best overall improvement in body fat percentage and body composition metrics, as tracked by the EVOLT dashboard as of the final scan date.
  5. Prizes will be awarded to participants with the best overall improvement based on EVOLT scan results:
    1. Grand Prize – $2,000 (One male and one female winner)
    2. Runner-Up – $750 (One male and one female winner)
  6. Disqualification: Use of illegal performance-enhancing substances or other attempts to manipulate results will lead to automatic disqualification.
  7. Media Release: By registering, participants grant GYMVMT permission to use their name and photo in promotional content, including social media, website, email, in-club, and other marketing materials.
  8. Participants must be legal residents of Canada.
  9. By entering, participants fully agree to these Rules & Regulations and accept the decisions of GYMVMT as final and binding.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. Limit one prize per person.
  11. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be chosen.
  12. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the purpose of administering the challenge.
  13. Winners agree to allow GYMVMT to use their names, photos, and statements for marketing purposes without further compensation.
  14. GYMVMT reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the challenge due to unforeseen circumstances affecting its fairness or security.
  15. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the challenge may result in legal action.
