A Fresh Start That Feels Right
Forget the forced January reset. Spring is the season of real renewal—longer days, better moods, and a natural time to get back on track. This time, it’s on your terms.
- EVOLT scans track your progress so you can see real changes.
- Trainer check-ins give you the support you need to stay consistent.
- Biweekly prizes keep you motivated along the way.
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, or just feel like yourself again, Spring Reset is your chance to make it happen—without pressure, without guilt, just progress.
How It Works
Step 1: Register & Get Scanned
Sign up, meet with a trainer, and complete your EVOLT baseline scan.
Step 2: Train & Track Your Progress
Stay consistent with your workouts. Midway through, check in with your trainer for guidance and your next scan.
Step 3: Finish Strong & Win
Your final scan will measure your progress. Grand prizes go to top performers, but the real reward? Feeling stronger, more confident, and fully back in your routine.
Your goals never expired—they just need a reset. Let’s make it happen.
