True You: Transformation Challenge Rules and Regulations

Contest commences September 1, 2023. No entries will be accepted after September 30 at 11:00 p.m. MT. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older by the contest closing date and be a legal resident of Canada. Entrant must be an active GYMVMT or HER GYMVMT member in good standing. To enter the challenge, entrants must:

• Purchase Training Package or Pay Entry Fee
• Complete the entry form (available in club)
  • Agree to the terms and conditions including photography waiver
  • Submit before photos
    • Front
    • Side
    • Back
  • Complete starting body composition assessment
• Submit trainer-verified after photos and body composition assessment no more than 8 weeks after your start date
• Complete post challenge questionnaire

8 Week Challenge

The 8 week challenge will start on the participant’s enrollment date (the date when the entry fee is paid or the personal training package is purchased) and end at 11:59 pm MT, fifty six (56) days later. Participants who submit their after-photos or post-challenge questionnaire more than 1 day (24hours) after their individual deadline will be disqualified.

Determination of Winners

• Club winners will be selected from all entries no later than December 7, 2023
• Grand Prize winners will be selected no later than December 15, 2023.

Evaluation
The winner will be the participant who undergoes the most significant transformation based on photo submission, body composition analysis, and responses to the True You: Transformation Challenge questionnaire.

Club Winners

A selection committee comprised of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Fitness Manager at each GYMVMT // HER GYMVMT club will select a winner from all participants at their club.

Each designated club winner will advance to the Grand Prize judging

Grand Prize Winner
Winners will be chosen from the 13 club winners using the same evaluation criteria. Judges will award third place, second place, and grand prize winner. Only one grand prize will be awarded. Decisions of the judging committee are final.

Waivers

Participation in the challenge constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of AyrFit West Inc. and its affiliates, which are final and binding.

The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. Limit of one prize per person. In the event that less than ten (10) participants are eligible to win, one prize per person will be awarded, with the grand prizes drawn first.

Each entrant selected as a winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements. AyrFit West Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of information that is not correct. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact such winner, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received.

By entering this contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the challenge. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their names, voices, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the contest in any media or formats including, but not limited to, the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that AyrFit West Inc. and its affiliates may use the winner’s name and picture for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.

AyrFit West Inc. and its affiliates reserves the right to revise, cancel or suspend this contest for any reason including but not limited to a cause beyond the reasonable control which affects the administration, or security of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, AyrFit West Inc. and its affiliates will aim to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Employees of AyrFit West Inc. are not eligible to participate.
