WAYS TO ENTER:
If you’re already a personal training client, a $20 entry fee is all you need.
If you’re not a client yet, here are your options for complimentary enrolment:

To secure your spot, you need to submit the following with your trainer:
📸’Before’ and ‘After’ pictures (front, back, and side)
đź“ŹBody composition measurements (before and after)
đź“„Sign the Glow Up 2023 waiver (available at any GYMVMT or HER GYMVMT club)
✍️Complete a participant testimonial questionnaire
We’ve got a panel of General and Fitness Managers at each club who’ll judge entries and award Club Level Prizes. From those winners, our judges will then select the Top 3 for the grand prizes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Challenge starts on enrolment date (when the fee is paid or package is bought) and ends at 11:59 pm MT, 56 days later. Late submissions are disqualified. 1-month of dues is equal to two bi-weekly payments within 30 days. Credit will be applied in the next billing cycle. PT session must be used within 60-days of issued prize. With participating trainers only.
