Ali Lantz
Ali has had a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and sports. Ali is an ISSA certified personal trainer with six years of personal lifting experience, her primary focus has been on weight loss and body re-composition, while also exploring bodybuilding and powerlifting. Her dedication to strength training is not only personal but purposeful, shaping both her lifestyle and athletic pursuits.
Raised in British Columbia, Ali grew up on a farm where discipline, resilience, and hard work were instilled from an early age. Days began at sunrise and often stretched beyond sunset, fostering a strong work ethic that continues to define her. Life outside of chores was equally active and adventurous, filled with horseback riding, dirt biking, fishing, building diesel trucks, and embracing the outdoors. Recently, she relocated to Alberta, where her passion for fitness has truly flourished.
Throughout high school, Ali competed in multiple sports with rodeo becoming her greatest athletic pursuit. She qualified for provincials in British Columbia before advancing to the prestigious National High School Finals Rodeo in Rock Springs, Wyoming, in 2018, as well as the Canadian High School Finals Rodeo. Rodeo remains a central passion in her life, and she strategically tailors her strength and conditioning programs to meet the physical demands required to perform at her highest level.
Alongside rodeo, health and fitness have become defining pillars of Ali’s life. The supportive atmosphere and strong sense of community within the fitness world have brought her lasting friendships, mentorship, and continual motivation. Now, she is turning her passion into a profession. Driven by a genuine desire to help others become the best version of themselves, Ali is committed to empowering individuals to transform their lives, build confidence, and reach their fullest potential through fitness.
