Bryce has been around health & fitness for most of his life as an athlete, pursuing a football career after high school. His exercise knowledge grew when he had the chance to train with multiple CFL and NFL players in a gym setting as well as coaching with them on the field. This coaching on the field helped him realize how much he enjoyed teaching and reassured him to bring that passion to the fitness industry.
As a trainer, Bryce’s attention to detail allows his clients to excel far beyond the basics. He loves to take those who feel like they have the basics down and bring them to the next level through the many years he has spent filtering through fitness information to bring what is relevant to your goals.
