As a dedicated personal trainer, my athletic journey is the foundation of my coaching philosophy. I grew up competing in multiple sports including soccer, basketball, rugby, volleyball, and track & field. Each sport helped me develop different aspects of athleticism – strength, speed, agility, coordination, power, endurance, and mental toughness. My competitive drive eventually led me to football, where I continue to play today. I’ve had the honour of representing Team Canada in tackle football, competing at an elite level against top international talent. Playing football at that level demands discipline, structure, and relentless preparation-qualities I bring directly in to my training programs.
My journey hasn’t been without adversity. I’ve overcome four knee surgeries throughout my athletic career. Many would have stepped away from sport, but I chose to fight back – rebuilding my body through intelligent strength training, proper rehabilitation, and relentless consistency. Those experiences shaped me not only as an athlete but as a coach. I understand injury, setbacks, and the mental battles that come with them. More importantly, I understand how to come back stronger.
Today, I continue to train and compete at a high level, proving that resilience, smart programming, and disciplined recovery make long – term performance possible. My training approach blends athletic performance, strength development, injury prevention, and mindset coaching. Whether working with competitive athletes or everyday clients, my mission is simple: Build strength. Build resilience. Build confidence. Your goals become my mission – and together, we push past limits.
