Lance was born and raised in the Philippines in his younger years and came to Canada in 2004. He has been indulged in fitness for almost 14 years. Starting out as a football athlete, Lance values mobility, stability, flexibility, coordination, strength, and power. Lance caters his workouts and programs to suit the individual client’s goals. Over the years, Lance has helped many people achieve their goals, whether it’s been to achieve a better physique, learning how to lift properly, or moving pain free.
He also has experience working with people dealing with injuries, having torn his ACL and meniscus in his competitive years, he understands the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. In his spare time, Lance likes to practice street dance, play guitar, and eat delicious food. He hopes to help people reach their goals and live a higher quality of life.
