The U-21 Learn to Lift Starter Pack provides a structured, coached introduction to strength training — built to establish proper form and safe technique before habits (good or bad) set in on their own.

Instead of learning by trial and error, work directly with a qualified GYMVMT trainer across 8 sessions, building fundamentals at a pace suited to individual progress and capability.

  • Technique corrected in real time, not after the fact
