For women by women. Whether you’re a newbie to weights or an all-star in the gym, join this 6-week program with confidence. Get started with the correct form and technique to conquer every set like a pro and learn to isolate and target challenges specific to women to improve lifting techniques. Master and build a comprehensive and progressive full body training routine and maximize your gains to workout smarter using various movement patterns ranging from squats, presses, rows, thrusts, and pull ups.

Amanda has been a personal trainer with Her GYMVMT for the past year. She graduated from Elevated Learning Academy in March 2021 with a personal trainer certificate. Sinc then she has had the opportunity to meet so many incredible women and help tackle some amazing goals: two of her clients finished first and second place at the Northgate Glo-Up Challenge in February. Amanda focuses on more than weight loss goals, she’s also helped many women get stronger, improve mobility and regain flexibility. She is a fitness fanatic and has a passion for working out with weights. When she’s not at the gym, you can find her on the playing hockey, softball, ball hockey or running.
