Build your glutes and legs with effective techniques that focus on lifting better and engaging your core muscles, obliques, and lower back. Lift heavier with more volume and put the work in to shaping up your derriere! By using larger muscle groups in the lower body, shred and shape for lean definition through the abs, quadriceps and hamstrings.

Amanda has been a personal trainer with Her GYMVMT for the past year. She graduated from Elevated Learning Academy in March 2021 with a personal trainer certificate. Sinc then she has had the opportunity to meet so many incredible women and help tackle some amazing goals: two of her clients finished first and second place at the Northgate Glo-Up Challenge in February. Amanda focuses on more than weight loss goals, she’s also helped many women get stronger, improve mobility and regain flexibility. She is a fitness fanatic and has a passion for working out with weights. When she’s not at the gym, you can find her on the playing hockey, softball, ball hockey or running.
